Behind the scenes, Foxy can receive products into a warehouse, allocate units to branches for POS sales, and allocate units separately for online shopping. This keeps the website focused on products customers can actually order online.
Everyday customers can shop retail products, while signed-in customers can view wholesale pricing where wholesale stock is available. Checkout validates quantities, prices, and stock before payment starts.
Foxy is keeping consultation simple at launch. Customers who need help choosing products can contact the team directly for practical guidance instead of booking paid consultation slots online.
Online product payments are handled through Hubtel. Customers pay for the products at checkout, while delivery fees are paid on receipt unless Foxy later confirms another delivery arrangement.
Accounts help customers keep orders, wishlists, addresses, and profile details in one place. Wholesale access also requires an active signed-in account.
