By using Foxy Cosmetics, you agree to use the platform for legitimate retail shopping, wholesale ordering, product support, delivery coordination, and account management.
By using Foxy Cosmetics, you agree to use the platform only for legitimate product purchases, wholesale ordering, product support, delivery coordination, and account management. Customers are responsible for keeping account details, delivery addresses, and contact information accurate and up to date.
Before placing an order, customers must confirm the selected products, quantities, prices, delivery address, and payment details. Customers are responsible for ensuring that all order information is correct before completing checkout. Foxy Cosmetics is not liable for orders placed with incorrect details provided by the customer.
Online product payments are processed through Hubtel. An order may remain pending until payment confirmation is received. Foxy Cosmetics does not store sensitive card details. Delivery fees are paid on receipt at launch unless Foxy confirms another arrangement.
After an order has been placed and paid for, customers may request changes only within a reasonable window where the order has not yet been packed or dispatched. Paid orders cannot be cancelled by customers and refunds are not automatically permitted outside of our return and refund policy.
Wholesale features are available to signed-in active customers only. Wholesale orders are subject to minimum order quantities per item and available online wholesale stock. Foxy Cosmetics reserves the right to review, limit, or revoke wholesale access where necessary.
Products, pricing, promotions, and stock levels may change at any time. The website only shows products allocated to online stock. Checkout validation confirms the payable product total before payment is initialised. Foxy Cosmetics may cancel, adjust, or contact a customer about an order if stock, pricing, or fulfilment details need review.
If you choose to sign in using Google, you agree to our use of your basic Google profile data — name, email, and profile picture — solely for account access, identity display, and support. We do not use Google data for advertising, and we do not sell or share it with third parties beyond what is required to operate the platform.
