This page explains how Foxy Cosmetics collects, uses, and protects customer information for browsing, checkout, Hubtel payment confirmation, delivery support, wholesale access, and account features.
Foxy Cosmetics uses Google profile data only for account access. When you sign in with Google, we use your profile data for sign-in, account creation, identity display, session security, and support. We do not sell Google user data, share it with advertisers, or use it to train AI or machine learning models.
Foxy Cosmetics helps customers browse and purchase cosmetics, skincare, body care, kids care, hair care, sunscreen, supplements, oral care, vegan products, and wholesale beauty products. We collect only the information needed to create accounts, process orders, confirm payments, support users, manage inventory, and operate the platform securely. Payment processing is handled by Hubtel. Foxy Cosmetics does not store sensitive card details.
When you sign in with Google, Foxy Cosmetics may access your Google account name, email address, profile picture, and Google account identifier provided by Google Sign-In. We only request the basic Google Sign-In scopes needed for authentication: profile and email. We do not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, Google Contacts, or any other Google account content. These basic profile details are used only to create or sign you into your Foxy Cosmetics account, display your account identity inside the app, prevent duplicate accounts, and help with account support.
Google user data is used exclusively for authentication, account creation, profile display, session and security management, and customer support. We do not use Google user data for advertising. Foxy Cosmetics does not sell Google user data, does not share it with advertisers, and does not use Google user data to train artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
We may collect customer profile details, phone numbers, delivery addresses, product and order selections, order records, wishlist items, payment references and status, support details, and uploaded images such as product or profile photos. This information is used to provide shopping, order management, payment confirmation, fulfilment, reporting, inventory coordination, and customer support features.
Account, order, inventory, and upload data is stored in our application database and storage infrastructure, including Supabase services used to operate the platform. We use access controls and role-based permissions to limit who can view or manage data. We may share necessary data with service providers that help operate the platform, such as authentication, database, hosting, storage, payment, SMS, and email providers. These providers may only process data for the service they provide to Foxy Cosmetics.
You may stop using Google Sign-In by changing your Google account permissions or by using another available sign-in method. You may also contact Foxy Cosmetics support to request account review or deletion. Deletion requests are handled subject to legal, operational, payment, fraud-prevention, and order recordkeeping requirements.
For privacy questions, account support, or data deletion requests, contact Foxy Cosmetics through the contact details available on the platform or email hello@foxycosmeticsgh.com. This email can be replaced once Foxy confirms the final support address.
