Return Policy

Returns are handled carefully because cosmetics, skincare, kids care, oral care, supplements, and other hygiene-sensitive products must remain safe, sealed, and traceable.

Eligible returns

Unopened, unused, sealed items may be reviewed for return eligibility within Foxy's support window after delivery. The final return window should be confirmed before launch.

Non-returnable items

Opened skincare, cosmetics, body care, kids care, oral care, supplements, sunscreen, and other hygiene-sensitive items may not be returnable unless there is a verified fulfilment issue.

Damaged or incorrect items

Customers should contact support promptly with the order number, customer name, phone number, and clear photos if an item arrives damaged or different from what was ordered.

Wholesale orders

Wholesale returns may need extra review because quantities, packaging, and branch or warehouse stock handling can affect the return decision.

Review process

Approved returns are reviewed by support before any replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund action is completed.
