Delivery details are collected during checkout and used to prepare order fulfilment after Hubtel payment confirmation. Delivery fee is paid on receipt at launch.

Delivery fee

Customers pay for products online through Hubtel. Delivery fee is paid on receipt unless Foxy later confirms fixed online delivery rates.

Processing

Orders are prepared after payment confirmation. Processing may vary by online stock status, order size, branch or warehouse coordination, and delivery location.

Wholesale orders

Wholesale orders may require extra fulfilment coordination because of quantity, packaging, and stock handling.

Pickup

Pickup selection is not a confirmed storefront launch requirement. If Foxy enables pickup later, checkout and order tracking can be updated to show pickup branch details.

Support

Customers can contact support with the order number for delivery questions or address corrections before dispatch.
